  1. After a HydraFacial MD treatment, avoid sun exposure and use a broad-spectrum sunscreen to protect the skin.
  2. Avoid using harsh skin care products or exfoliants for at least 48 hours after the treatment.
  3. Avoid exfoliating skin care at home for one week (acids, scrub, retinol).

These effects are mild and short-lived, so that most patients can return to normal activities immediately.
However, our protocol includes the possibility of extraction as an option. If extraction is performed, there could be a rehabilitation period of up to three days.
